2 Minute Crab Pate

Put 150g of Scottish brown crab meat; 40g of cream cheese; 60g of softened butter (firm butter not spreadable); a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of lemon juice into a bowl and beat well with a whisk for one minute (use an electric mixer or blender for a few seconds).
The product is ready to eat now but is best left to firm up in the fridge for about 1 hour.
