In support of the Stranraer Oyster Festival, Seafood Scotland hosts the Scottish Shucking Championships at the event. They are an integral part of the festival and were compared and judged by Patrick McMurray who holds the Guinness World Record for Oyster Shucking.  To find out more please visit their website.
