Our Finest Scottish Seafood brand for retail includes smoked salmon, salmon portions, cooked mussels, cooked brown and velvet crab, razors, scallops, langoustine, hot smoked mackerel and kippers and seasonal delicacies like hot smoked hake and new season squid. The same range of products is available in various formats for food service. We also export FCLs of Mackerel, Herring and salmon heads,, mainly to Eastern Europe and the Far East. We supply Scottish Seafood either frozen for sea freight or fresh by air freight.

We are fortunate to employ a long-standing team of skilled fishmongers who can fillet, portion, prepare and smoke to perfection before parcelling it up for delivery in our customised fleet of refrigerated vans or stocking up our own cold-counters in our busy retail shop.
