On Monday evening, Glasgow took centre stage in the culinary world as the Michelin Guide Ceremony 2025 was held at the prestigious Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum. The event celebrated the exceptional talent and innovation that shape the gastronomic landscape of Great Britain and Ireland. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a spectacular after-party at The Old Fruitmarket, concluding a memorable evening.

As partners of the awards, we were honoured to feature the remarkable Scottish seafood that played a prominent role during the festivities.

Most importantly, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the Michelin Star restaurants—an impressive accomplishment that highlights the dedication, skill, and creativity of chefs throughout the UK and Ireland. We would also like to express our gratitude to our partner Scotland Food & Drink for their collaboration, as well as the outstanding Scottish suppliers whose high-quality produce contributed to the success of this event. Such occasions highlight the talented individuals, exceptional products, and passion that position Scotland’s food and drink industry on the global stage.
