Seafood Scotland’s partnership with StarChefs in the United States continues to deliver real impact, with Scottish salmon and trout showcased at the latest Rising Stars Awards and Restaurant Week. The collaboration aims to introduce our seafood to leading culinary talent across the US, demonstrating its quality, consistency and versatility in professional kitchens.

For two weeks, Scottish seafood featured prominently on the menu at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa, before being served during the Rising Stars awards evening itself. This offered an excellent opportunity for chefs, industry peers and consumers to experience Scotland’s premium produce first-hand. Our thanks go to StarChefs and the talented chefs who helped highlight Scotland’s seafood throughout the Houston festivities. Interest and recognition continue to grow, and we’re excited to bring the story of Scottish seafood to Seattle next.
