The MSC UK Awards took place last week at the Signet Library in Edinburgh, bringing together industry leaders and stakeholders to celebrate outstanding achievements in sustainable seafood. Seafood Scotland was proud to partner on this prestigious event, which highlights the individuals and organisations demonstrating excellence and innovation across the seafood supply chain. Matthew Hurst, Head of Trade Marketing – The Americas, had the privilege of serving on this year’s judging panel. Reflecting on the experience, he commented:
